This project involved removing a pre-existing patio that was beyond repair and carefully clearing the area. Once cleared, the house’s pipework was found to be insufficient and in need of full replacement. We replaced the waste pipes, installed new access chambers for easier future maintenance, and ensured all connections met current standards. Finally, the job was completed with a new patio laid using durable slate tiles for a long-lasting, attractive finish.
